RULE:

19-8.010	Reimbursement Contract
19-8.013	Revenue Bonds Issued Pursuant to Section 215.555(6), F.S

PURPOSE:

The State Board of Administration of Florida, Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, seeks to amend the rules listed above to implement Section 215.555, F.S.

SUMMARY:

Rule 19-8.010, F.A.C., is being amended to adopt the 2022-2023 Reimbursement Contract, including Addenda. Rule 19-8.013, F.A.C., is being amended to delete a reference to an obsolete statutory provision.
