Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Virtually on GoTo Webinar; By phone at 562-247-8321 with passcode 119-661-957; In-Person at Miracle Springs Church

Subject:	A public meeting will be held regarding project plans on the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for U.S. 17-92 from Ivy Mist Lane to Avenue A. (FPID no. 437200-1) The purpose of this project is to address current and future travel demand and improve safety on this portion of U.S. 17-92. The public meeting is being held to present information and receive community feedback. The Department is offering multiple ways for the community to participate in the meeting. All participants, regardless of platform they choose, will participate in the same live meeting. Virtual Option: Interested persons may join the Virtual Public Meeting (VPM) from a computer, tablet, or mobile device. A VPM is a free live presentation or webinar over the internet. For this option, advance registration is required by visiting https://qrco.de/US_17-92. Once registered, participants will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting online. Please note, Internet Explorer cannot be used to register or attend this webinar. If joining online, please provide adequate log-in time to view the presentation in its entirety. Phone Option (Listen Only): Participants may join the meeting in listen-only mode by dialing 562-247-8321 and entering the passcode 119-661-957 when prompted. In-Person Option: Participants may attend in person by going to Miracle Springs Church, 5646 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Intercession City, FL 33848. If attending in person, please remember to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. If you are feeling unwell, please consider attending the meeting virtually or by phone. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pursuant of 23 U.S.C. §327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016 and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
