	The The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Four, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Financial Management No.: 441473-1-52-01 Project Description: State Road (SR) 844/14th Street Causeway over the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge Painting Project in Broward County, FL. The project consists of repainting the steel and concrete portions of the SR 844/14th Street Causeway bascule bridge (Bridge No. 860060) over the Intracoastal Waterway in the City of Pompano Beach. Other improvements include refurbishing the span locks and other mechanical components of the bridge. Construction will begin in October 2021 and is estimated to be completed in spring 2022. The estimated construction cost is $1,068,288. The Hybrid Construction Open House will be held virtually and in person. The online session will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a brief presentation followed by questions and comments from the public. The in-person session will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will have an informal open house format. FDOT staff and consultant staff members will be available to discuss the project and answer questions. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.
