Florida Building Code Adopted

PURPOSE:

To open the aforementioned rule for development to address the statutorily required triennial update process. The Commission shall conduct rule development workshops to accept public input regarding potential changes to the Florida Building Code.

SUBJECT:

Statutorily mandated triennial update process for the Florida Building Code, 8th Edition (2023).
