PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule is to facilitate an emergency program designed to eradicate fruit flies introduced into Florida.

SUMMARY:

This rule edit is to address quarantine movement regulations and treatment measures for exposed areas during an emergency fruit fly eradication program.
