	The FIGA Board of Directors' announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 9, 2021, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Tallahassee, FL

Subject:	CLOSED SESSION NOTICE Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes that the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association, Inc. (“FIGA”) will hold a closed attorney-client session at its regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting via video/tele-conference on April 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the strategy and potential settlement of a litigated case. This Board of Directors meeting has been previously noticed in the Florida Administrative Weekly. The closed session will take place as the last agenda item prior to adjournment. Tim Meenan, FIGA General Counsel, will be present and will request advice from the FIGA Board and Executive Director during this closed session on the pending litigation. The FIGA Board members that will be present include Kimberly Blackburn, Jim Byron, Marc Dunbar, Carly Hermanson, Rene’ Hernandez, Paula Lutes, Pamela Matthews, Don Matz and Ray Waugh. Tom Streukens, Executive Director, and Corey Neal, COO of FIGA, will also attend. This meeting is not available to the general public.
