Statewide Provider Contract for the Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Program

PURPOSE:

The proposed revisions to the rule and the contract update and clarify existing requirements

SUMMARY:

The rule and incorporated forms outline VPK provider eligibility requirements to deliver the VPK program.
