Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicles, Temporary Commercial Kitchens and Theme Park Food Carts

PURPOSE:

To adopt an updated commissary notification form that was modified by the removal of water supply and wastewater disposal site disclosures and other minor form changes.

SUBJECT:

Minor changes in the form incorporated in this rule.
