61G20-3.007

Product Approval by the Commission

PURPOSE:

To amend the Commission’s product approval rules in order to allow the Commission to waive product approval fees.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendment would allow the Commission to waive product approval fees for a duration of time, if so doing would not impact the Commission’s ability to process product approval applications.
