PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to repeal this rule chapter.

SUMMARY:

These rules are being repealed because their substance is being superseded by SWFWMD’s FARMS Program Governing Board Policy. The Facilitating Agricultural Resource Management Systems (FARMS) Program is a public/private agricultural Best Management Practice cooperative funding program. Section 373.0363(4)(b), F.S., provides that cooperative funding programs approved by the governing board are not subject to the rulemaking requirements of Chapter 120, F.S.
