Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-13.070, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is to update the Florida Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook.

SUMMARY:

The amendment adds language regarding the development and implementation of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities’ data management system called iConnect, which will be used by APD for     documentation of service provision by waiver providers and Waiver Support Coordinators, adds clarifying language where necessary, makes technical edits, and updates rates for respiratory therapy services.
