Rulemaking is necessary to amend Form DC4-698A to ensure that it is ADA compliant.

Rulemaking is necessary to amend Form DC4-698A to ensure that it is ADA compliant as it relates to interpreters, assistance, and status of ADA equipment or supplies, and to amend the form completion process.
