	The Agency for Health Care Administration announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 18, 2019 from 2:00 to 2:30 p.m.

Subject:	The Agency for Health Care Administration is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan for the Long-term Care Reimbursement Plan. The amendment updates provisions as authorized in the General Appropriation’s Act for State Fiscal Year 2019-2020 and makes technical and editorial changes. The effective date for this amendment will be October 1, 2019.
