RULE:

65C-41.002

Application Procedures

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend rule 65C-41.002, F.A.C., to add clarifying language to incorporated forms.

SUMMARY:

Language will be added to forms CF-FSP 5377, Extended Foster Care Voluntary Placement Agreement, and CF-FSP 5432, Extended Foster Care Agreement, clarifying the responsibilities of staff in aiding a young adult in securing required documentation.
