Null and Void Status

PURPOSE:

The proposed new rule is intended to allow for reapplication from a null and void license, pursuant to Section 455.271(6)(a), F.S. (2019).

SUMMARY:

The proposed new rule permits null and void licensees to reapply for licensure by submitting the Department’s form DBPR BAR 6.
