Reinstatement and Relicensure

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to update language regarding reinstatement and relicensure and to incorporate form DBPR ECLB 10.

SUMMARY:

Form DBPR ECLB 10 will be incorporated in the rule. Language regarding reinstatement and relicensure will be updated.
