PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to establish in rule the most recent guidelines, forms, and Grant Award Agreements for the Cultural Endowment Program, General Program Support, Specific Cultural Project, Fast Track Grants, Cultural Facilities, State Touring Programs, and Division Initiative Partnership Programs.

SUBJECT:

Guidelines, application forms, and Grant Award Agreements for the aforementioned programs.
