Exemption of Spouses of Members of Armed Forces From Licensure Renewal Provisions

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to update the requirements for a licensee providing satisfactory proof of the absence from the State of Florida and spouse’s military status.

SUMMARY:

The requirements for a licensee providing satisfactory proof of the absence from the State of Florida and spouse’s military status will be updated.
