PURPOSE:

The proposed rule implements Section 985.315, Florida Statutes, governing the provision of educational and vocational services in delinquency programs.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule establishes the standards and requirements governing education and career-related programming, including the hours of instruction per week, the need for individual education plans, curricular offerings, transition planning, and program evaluation.
