PURPOSE:

This proposed new rule chapter establishes specific penalty guidelines for licensees for violations under chapters 634 and 642, F.S., in accordance with section 626.207, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking adds new penalty guidelines for salespersons, sales representatives, and general lines agents who are subject to discipline under chapters 634 and 642, F.S.
