	The Department of Children and Families announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 27, 2019 - June 28, 2019, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

PLACE:	1317 Winewood Boulevard, Building 2, Room 339, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0700

Subject:	The Funding Model Project. The department, in consultation with the community-based care lead agencies, will study the equity allocation model prescribed in Section 409.991, Florida Statutes, and provide a report that identifies at least three alternative funding methodologies for the distribution of core service funds to the lead agencies.
