59A-33.002

Licensure, Application Process, General Requirements

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to update and clarify language to align with current licensure procedures. In addition, the Agency will incorporate an online application into rule.

SUBJECT:

This rule covers application procedures for licensure as a health care clinic. The licensure application for health care clinics is incorporated into this section and will be updated as part of this revision.
