Application Requirements for Water Well Contractors

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking addresses minor revisions to the Water Well Contractor Continuing Education Program Manual as adopted in Rule 62-531.300(2), F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The Water Well Contractor Continuing Education Program Manual has been amended to increase the maximum number of hours approved coursework that may be obtained through online instruction from three to six hours. The proposed amendments also correct grammatical errors and inconsistencies within the manual and amends the effective date of the manual.
