PURPOSE:

The proposed rule will repeal the existing rule sections that govern the operation of residential programs for delinquent youth.  New rule sections 63E-7.100-.109, currently being promulgated, will govern this function.

SUMMARY:

Repeal existing rule sections governing the operation of residential programs for delinquent youth.
