65G-4.001	Definitions for Behavior Services: Practice and Procedure
65G-4.0011	Recognized Certification Organizations for Behavior Analysts
65G-4.002	Service Delivery.

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the rule development is to clarify and update the language regarding behavior analysis services and to update the language to reflect current industry standards.

SUBJECT:

The subject areas to be addressed in the rule development are the behavior analysis services.
