PURPOSE:

The proposed rule implements section 985.308, Florida Statutes, establishing program guidelines, standards and requirements for juvenile sexual offender commitment programs.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule establishes the program guidelines for juvenile sexual offender commitment programs, including program goals and services, inspection and evaluation of the program, and standards for reporting performance data.
