PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development will be to amend rules identified in the Department's 2018-2019 Regulatory Plan as needing to be amended to increase efficiency and improve coordination with other programs by adopting updated forms.

SUBJECT:

The subject areas to be addressed in this rulemaking include the state hazardous waste regulations in Chapter 62-730, F.A.C.
