	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Five announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018; Open House: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Subject:	Financial Project ID (FPID) No.: 439862-1-22-01 The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites all persons to attend an open house for the St. Johns River to Sea (SJR2C) Loop Trail Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study. This study is evaluating a shared-use path from Kennedy Parkway in unincorporated Volusia County to Dale Avenue in the City of Edgewater. The PD&E Study is a process that involves engineering and environmental evaluations, and public and agency outreach to assess options to complete a nearly 13-mile section of the SJR2C Loop, a trail system, which when complete, will traverse nearly 260 miles through Brevard, Volusia, Flagler, St. Johns, and Putnam counties. The purpose of this open house is to present shared-use path options being evaluated and obtain public input. There will be no formal presentation. Participants may review study information, and discuss the study with FDOT staff, at any time during the open house. Two alternative routes are being evaluated and considered as part of this study. Alternative A runs along the east side of U.S. 1; continues west on Roberts Road and north on Juniper Drive, then north along Kumquat Drive and Mango Tree Drive, then west on W. Park Avenue, ending at Dale Avenue. Alternative B runs along the east side of U.S. 1; continues west on State Road (S.R.) 442 (Indian River Boulevard), north on Juniper Drive, west on 16th Street, then north on Mango Tree Drive and W. Park Avenue, ending at Dale Avenue. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
