Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Five announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, October 4, 2018, at 5:30 p.m., formal presentation at 6 p.m.

PLACE:	City of Altamonte Springs City Chambers, 225 Newburyport Avenue, City of Altamonte Springs, FL 32701

Subject:	Financial Management No. 434931-1 Project Description: State Road (S.R.) 436/E. Altamonte Drive at Ronald Reagan Boulevard Intersection Improvements, Seminole County, Florida The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites all persons to a public hearing regarding the proposed design of dual left turn lanes at the intersection of S.R. 436 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard. The purpose of this hearing is to introduce the project, present the design concept to the public and to receive interested person’s input. Right of way has been acquired for the project improvements. The hearing will begin as an open house at 5:30 p.m. A formal presentation will begin at 6 p.m., followed by a comment period. A certified court reporter will be present to collect and document comments, and will prepare a verbatim transcript of the presentation for the project record. Persons wishing to submit written statements or other exhibits, in place of or in addition to oral statements, may do so at the hearing or by sending them to Mr. Ty Garner, FDOT project manager, whose contact information is provided below. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status. Persons wishing to express their concerns relative to FDOT compliance with Title VI may do so by contacting Jennifer Smith, FDOT District Five Title VI Coordinator, at jennifer.smith2@dot.state.fl.us.
