PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are intended to set forth citation violations and disciplinary guidelines for physician assistants for failure to consult the prescription drug monitoring system.

SUBJECT:

Additional violations which are appropriate for the issuance of a citation and disciplinary guidelines related to failure to consult the prescription drug monitoring system.
