	The FWCJUA Annual Membership and Board of Governors announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Annual Membership meeting to be immediately followed by a Board of Governors meeting. Agenda topics may include a 2017 overview with Q&A; approval of minutes; legal, legislative & regulatory matters; election of vice chair & officers; employer eligibility – voluntary market declinations; operations & financial reports; and committee reports on Audit Committee Charter procedures checklist; financial auditor engagement; investment marketplace update; portfolio compliance review; investment policy & guidelines review; safety program; 2019 reinsurance program; reinsurer financial strength ratings; premium level indication; actuarial services engagement; NCCI engagement; Operations Manual; review of rates, rating plans & policy forms and associated matters to include application forms; preliminary 2019 Business Plan & Forecast; policy administration/managed care services engagement; service provider audit results; and disaster recovery matters.
