	The Florida Department of Transportation, District Five announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, September 20, 2018 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Titusville City Hall – Council Chambers 555 S. Washington Avenue Titusville, FL 32796

Subject:	Financial Management No.: 435627-1-12-01 (U.S. 1) and 436187-1-12-01 (S.R. 406) Project Description: U.S. 1 (Washington Avenue / Hopkins Avenue) and State Road (S.R.) 406 (Garden Street) Concept Development and Evaluation Studies from Laurel Place to Indian River Avenue and from South Lake Elementary to Indian River Avenue in Brevard County The purpose of this public information meeting is to present the recommended improvements, seek public and agency input, and provide interested persons an opportunity to express their views about the projects. The proposed improvements include lane modification from Park Avenue to Indian River Avenue, access management evaluation and improvements along S.R. 406, and proposed roundabouts along S.R. 406, at Singleton Avenue and at U.S. 1, to improve safety. The meeting is being held as an open house from 6 - 7:30 p.m. during which time displays and other project information will be available for review. Staff will also be available to discuss the project. An informational looping presentation will also be playing throughout the open house. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
