Medical Screening and Evaluation of Patients Receiving Second Trimester Abortions

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to amend Rule 59A-9.025 to remove the licensure requirement for clinical laboratories pursuant to Chapter 2018-24, Laws of Florida.
