PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed amendments to rules in Chapter 40C-2, F.A.C., will be to update the types of consumptive use permits the District staff is delegated the authority to approve, and make conforming changes, corrections, and clarifications in the 40C-2 rules and in the Applicant’s Handbook, Consumptive Uses of Water (AH), which is incorporated by reference in 40C-2.101(1)(a).

SUMMARY:

Updating types of consumptive use permits that District staff is delegated the authority to approve.
