PURPOSE:

To clarify definitions, requirements, exemptions and limitations for admission of animals for exhibition. The revisions will simplify and strengthen the State’s animal health protection strategy.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule will clarify definitions to match statutory language. Update and incorporate forms by rule. Update and clarify the requirements, exemptions and limitations for admission of animals for exhibition purposes.
