Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Supplemental Licensing Fee

PURPOSE:

This rule implements s. 381.986(8)(b), Florida Statutes, by establishing a supplemental licensure fee sufficient to cover the costs of administering ss. 381.989 and 1004.4351, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:
