Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Change of Ownership Application

PURPOSE:

This rule implements s. 381.986(8)(e)1., Florida Statutes, by establishing a procedure for the Florida Department of Health to process ownership transfer requests made by a medical marijuana treatment center.

SUMMARY:

Creates a process by which a medical marijuana treatment center may request approval to transfer ownership to a new entity or person.
