Participation Agreement

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed amendment is to clarify language in the ABLE Terms and Conditions.

SUMMARY:

This proposed rule amends the Florida ABLE Program Terms and Conditions and Participation Agreement to incorporate changes to Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, permitting the rollover of Qualified 529 programs into Qualified ABLE programs, among other items.
