PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of these rule developments is to amend the Florida ABLE Program Terms and Conditions and Participation Agreement to incorporate changes to Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, permitting the rollover of Qualified 529 programs into Qualified ABLE programs, among other items.
