Equivalent Credentials for the Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Education Program for School-Year Instructors

PURPOSE:

To approve criteria for an individual who is seeking approval of an equivalent credential for VPK instructors.

SUBJECT:

The criteria and process for the Florida Department of Education to approve credential as being equivalent to or greater than the education credentials listed in Section 1002.55(4), F.S. and adopting a preapproved equivalent credential list for VPK school-year instructors.
