Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the development of a rule amendment to update and clarify language regarding disciplinary guidelines.

SUMMARY:

The proposed changes clarify the disciplinary guidelines relative to first violations of certain sections and update rule language as necessary.
