RULE:

61C-5.007

Certificates of Competency and License Registrations, Initial, Renewal, General Liability Insurance Coverage

PURPOSE:

To adopt updated application forms for certificate of competency and certified elevator technician, certified elevator inspector and elevator company registration.

SUMMARY:

The rule will address certificate of competency and license registration forms.
