RULE:

65C-15.003

Application and Licensing Study

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend rule 65C-15.003, F.A.C., to clarify the licensing requirements for satellite offices.

SUMMARY:

The amendments clarify that a full application packet is not required if an agency opens a satellite office during the licensed term.  In addition, the amendments require licensed agencies to justify the need for services for satellite offices, with the exception of certain specified information.
