Requirements for Use of Imported Products

PURPOSE:

To remove the requirement for additive testing being performed on processed products by USDA and to remove the statement regarding the maturity of fruit processed outside Florida.

SUMMARY:

Additive testing for imports and verifying fruit maturity for fruit processed outside Florida.
