RULE:

14-100.003	Express Lane Tolling
14-100.004	95 Express Toll Toll Exemption Registration in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties

PURPOSE:

Rule 14-100.003 is being amended to reflect recent legislative changes to s. 338.2216, F.S., on turnpike express lane tolling.  Rule 14-100.004 is being amended to expand I-95 toll exemptions for registered vehicles from a single segment to three counties.

SUMMARY:

These rule amendments provide for variable tolling on turnpike express lanes based on level of service.  A toll exemption for registered vehicles travelling on I-95 express lanes is expanded from a select segment to express lanes in three counties.
