Overview



	The Department of Children and Families announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 2, 2017, 9 am-4 pm & November 3, 2017, 9 am-3 pm

PLACE:	Courtyard Marriott Orlando Downtown, 730 N Magnolia Ave, Orlando, FL 32803. The meetings will be held in the hotel conference room. The conference call number is 1-888-670-3525 and the passcode is 504 474 3281.

Subject:	Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 300x-3, the federal government requires each state to establish a mental health planning council. Florida’s Planning Council represents the voices of recipients of services. The primary duty of the Council is to review the state’s block grant plan, and to monitor the allocation and adequacy of funding.
