Continuing Education

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to add a subsection to address continuing education credit hours earned by taking and passing the Florida laws and rules examination.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment adds a subsection to the rule concerning the specific number of hours of continuing education credit earned by taking and passing the Florida laws and rules examination.
