Regulated Plant Index

PURPOSE:

To revise the department’s list of regulated plants and noxious weeds to be in concert with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Endangered Species List.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule edits two plant references, adds one plant species, and removes one plant species.
