Change in Retailer Condition or Retailer Ownership (Replaced by 53ER19-23)

SUMMARY:

This emergency rule sets forth the provisions relating to notification by the retailer of a change in retailer condition or retailer ownership. This emergency rule replaces Emergency Rule 53ER12-67.
