Determination of Maintenance Subsidy Payments

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend Rule 65C-16.013(8), F.A.C., and remove unnecessary language.

SUMMARY:

Unnecessary language regarding when a maintenance subsidy may be negotiated is removed.
